Produced from cold-formed tin–bronze strip that is sintered, rolled, and finish-calibrated, the sleeve combines the load-carrying capacity of metal with a reservoir of solid lubricant pockets dispersed across the inner surface.
With an inner diameter of 60 mm, outer diameter of 65 mm, and length of 40 mm, it is purpose-built for sizable shafts where reliable support, vibration damping, and long service life are critical. The precision wrap process creates a bearing wall with uniformly distributed oil reservoirs; during operation these pockets deliver a microscopic film of lubricant that sustains low friction even after long idle periods.
Because the bushing is self-lubricating, it eliminates daily greasing and performs quietly in dusty, wet, or chemically active environments where grease attractants or wash-out are major concerns.
